Class 5/10/25: Herbal Tonics for a Weary World
Local friends:
Join us for an in-person herbalism class happening at Good News Church (331 W. Main St., Covington, VA) on Saturday, May 10th at 2 p.m.
Most of us were taught to only think about our health when something goes wrong - when we’re handed a diagnosis, blindsided by a flare-up, or scrambling after a bad test result. Then suddenly it’s time to act.
That way of living keeps us stuck in survival mode.
Let’s move away from crisis control and think in terms of vitality, energy and longevity. This class is all about building resilience before the breakdown. We’ll explore how to bring medicinal herbs into your daily rhythm - not just to treat illness, but to support overall well-being, bring balance to what’s off, strengthen your immune system, and help you feel more steady and whole across the board.
As always, my classes are hands-on. You’ll make an herbal remedy alongside me, step by step, and take it home to add to your apothecary shelf.
Come ready to learn, to try something new, and to reclaim the kind of home herbal health care that just makes sense. I can’t wait to see you there!
